Welcome to Whorly Gig!

Amy lives in Texas and Martha lives in Wisconsin, and we developed this blog to celebrate our mutual love of all things fiber, and in fact, all things creative. There are zillions of knitting blogs now, but not much in the way of primarily-spinning ones, and we thought we couldn't possibly be the only ones out there who would love more exposure to spinning, dyeing, and the attendant joys and concerns. Although our primary focus is spinning, all aspects of fiber preparation and use, as well as a wide variety of other creative pursuits will certainly find their way into the blog, as into both of our lives.
